Achieve Your Goals

Ember Toga’s 200 hour yoga teacher training is a journey deep into the heart of yoga, offering students the opportunity to deepen their practice while obtaining the skills necessary to become a professional yoga teacher. This 200 hour, yoga alliance certified, foundational training is designed to empower graduates with the craft to create safe, meaningful, intelligently sequenced classes that can be tailored to a broad range of students and abilities. Through group and home practices, lecture and study, and ample opportunities to practice teach, students will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to strengthen their practice, deepen their understanding of the mental and spiritual benefits of this work, and gain the skills necessary to become fully competent yoga teachers. This training is open to all serious students of yoga, aspiring yoga teachers, and teachers already in practice wishing to take their teaching to the next level. Students with injuries and health issues are encouraged to attend.

Astrid Santana, Program Director

DIRECTIONS TO THE STUDIO & PARKING

Ember is located at 330 Chambers Street in downtown Woodstock Georgia. From Atlanta, take I-75 north to I-575 to Exit 8, Towne Lake Parkway. Head east (right) off the exit towards downtown Woodstock. Turn right on E Main Street and you will see a 5 story building. We are on the retail level of that building.

Some GPS devices will take you to an incorrect location so make sure to check our contact us page for detailed driving directions.

For Friday evening events, give yourself time to account for rush hour traffic and parking. There are sometimes other events taking place in downtown Woodstock so come early.

Parking directly in front of the studio is hit or miss depending on how busy the downtown area is. Often the best bet is to park on the residential streets behind the building. Click Here for a map showing parking options.

    WHAT TO BRING

If this is your first visit to the studio, please print and complete the new student form and bring that with you to save time when you arrive.

We have mat rental available for $2 and towel rental available for $1 or you can bring your own. We have large changing areas with showers so you can bring extra clothes if you'd like to shower here.

You may also wish to bring a notebook and something to write with for trainings, intensives and workshops.

We do not have lockers available, so please leave valuables locked in your car or at home.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make your visit complete.
